Tea Evaluation & Selection
Tea samples sourced through trusted brokers are carefully evaluated by our grading and tasting team before purchasing decisions are made through the Colombo Tea Auction. Each lot is assessed for grade, appearance, liquor and consistency to ensure it meets the standards required for our blends.
Blend Development
Once teas have been selected, our tasting team develops and refines each blend to achieve the desired flavour profile. Modern vertical blenders, precision dust extractors and vibro sifters help ensure consistency across every production run.
Production & Packaging
Approved blends move into production across our modern packing lines, including traditional tea bags, pyramid tea bags, K-Cup-compatible capsules, flavouring, overwrapping and a wide range of consumer packaging formats.
Quality Assurance
Every batch is monitored throughout production to ensure consistency from blend to finished pack. Our warehouses are designed to protect tea from moisture during storage, while the cold room houses herbs, flavours and other sensitive materials.
Export & Logistics
Our export team prepares the documentation, certifications and shipping arrangements required for each destination market, ensuring every consignment leaves on schedule and arrives ready for import.
